Task Track provides AI-powered project management and man-hour tracking tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Task Track—including the AI models and predictive algorithms—are the exclusive property of Nesa Software Pvt Limited and its licensors.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nesa Software Pvt Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
